Technical Program

The Technical Director is an integral part of the Ottawa Senators AAA Hockey Association responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Minor Hockey Team Development and Coaching Programs, which align with the association's vision, mission statement and policies to develop quality players/people.

The Technical Director supports the delivery of hockey development programs in the areas of coach selection, coach mentoring, yearly program planning, player development and player evaluations. The Technical Director works very closely with coaching staffs, the board of directors and member groups to ensure association expectations are clearly met. In particular, the Technical Director fosters a collaborative environment whereby all of the coaches within the organization interact and support each others development through participation in various sessions each year.
