What happens when you make the team?

In order to provide you with the answer to this question, the OSAAAHA will be hosting a registration event for all players and parents. It is mandatory that at least one parent is present.

The following is the agenda for the registration event:

1 - All players ,coaches and team personnel must show up with a white shirt and black tie at the designated time period.

For Minor Bantam, Minor Midget and Major Bantam this will take place August 30th at the times listed below.

The registration event will be held before your first official team practice.

Minor Bantam 10:30-11:30
Major Bantam 12:30-1:30
Minor Midget 2:30-3:30
Major Midget TBD

The registration event will occur in the Roger Neilson room

2 - Head shots of all players will be taken. The head shots will be used on the team sites and for Minor Midget and Major Midget an added benefit will be the creation of a team brochure provided by the association

3 - Parents at the Major Bantam-Minor Midget levels will be required to make out the following checks to the association:

Sept/15 $1700

Nov/1 $500

Jan/1/2010 $500

Major Midget the following checks will be required,

Sept/30 $1250

Nov/1 $400

Jan/1/2010 $400

If anyone is buying new game sweaters an additional check dated Sept/30 $TBD will be required.

4 - Player and parents will be required to fill out the Wavier form for the pictures along with the player profile template and other documents found in the attachment to this announcement

5 - The association will be issuing the Child tax credit forms along with the Fund raising Calendars "Hockey Moms against Breast Cancer"
