Spring Tryouts/Evaluations
Dates Thursday Apr/26, Saturday April/28 and Sunday April/29
Thursday May/3, Saturday May/5 and Sunday May/6
Look for on-line registration and schedule soon.
All tryouts will be at Beckwith Arena unless otherwise communicated.
Minor Peewee (2001) & Major Peewee (2000) Summer Skills
The Minor Peewee(2001) and Major Peewee(2000) summer skills will run from the week of June/4 to August /13. Most sessions will run on Monday or Thursday with the occasional Friday. The skills program will cost $250.
The first 30 skaters and 4 goalies will be accepted. All sessions will be held at Beckwith arena. Register now with our on-line registration form.
*** All other summer skill participants will be invited from our spring tryouts. See the previous Summer skills notice on the web site.
Major Bantams Give Back
The Major Bantam team landed a spot in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper December 25, under the headline Spirit, hard work and generosity delivered by group of talented Bantams; The definition of teamwork.
Through the Ottawa Mission, players helped provide Christmas for a needy family with three children. Guided by coach Gregg Kennedy, they learned a life lesson about accountability and giving back in the process. You can read the full story here.

Sens Ahead of the Game in Addressing Concussions
Heads up! The Senators AAA Hockey Association is taking direct action to deal with concussions. To that end, players and parents recently had the opportunity to attend a concussion seminar presented by Dr. Kristian Goulet.
