The 2007-08 Ottawa Senators Minor Midget season officially ended Saturday May 3rd 8 with the OHL priority selection draft.
We are very pleased to announce that 8 players from our very first Ottawa Senators Minor Midget AAA team were taken in this draft, they are:
Ryan Spooner 1st Round, 5th overall to the Peterborough Pete’s
Ryan Hanes 3rd Round, 59th overall to our home town Ottawa 67’s
Michael Borkowski 4th Round, 78th overall to the Sault Ste. Marie Gray Hounds
Trevor Packard 5th Round, 86th overall to the Peterborough Pete’s
Corey Durocher 7th Round, 125th overall to the Kingston Frontenac’s
Matthew Foubert 10th Round, 191st overall to the Saginaw Spirit
Kevin Lough 13th Round, 253rd overall to the Guelph Storm
James Watson 14th Round, 268th overall to our home town Ottawa 67’s
